I am currently a licensed real estate professional in both CA and TX, and I have been in real estate business over 10 years. I have been helping many clients to purchase and sell real estates; from purchasing their dream homes and investment properties, or to sell their existing homes quickly and for top dollars, I am on it! To provide the best possible service, advice and guidance with effective strategies and plans to make the transaction smoothly and close deals. I stand firm on high ethical standards and professionalism, and my client’s interest & trust is my priority!
Furthermore, I believe real estate is people's business, and it's not just business, it's about relationships. I maintain great relationships with lenders, builders, contractors, escrows, titles, and business/service providers related to real estate to be able to network all resources to provide additional service to my clients and aid in smooth transaction and successful closing within deadline. Of course, many of my clients also become friends, and I am always thankful for their support, trust and referrals; referrals are the best compliment!
